I have been trying to do more exercises recently. Hoping to get back into shape before starting work. Wonder how long I can sustain my momentum.

At the last checkup by the doctor, Kyler's neck was quite weak. He has been on his tummy every day since the last checkup, hopefully can meet this milestone.

Oliver had it, Heidi had it... so no doubt that Kyler has cradle cap too.

High on Jabs

Kyler went for his 5 in 1 jab at Outram Polyclinic, two jabs in both of his thighs. Must have been painful as he cried till his face turned chilli red. Pitiful yet funny at the same time. He couldn't sleep well yesterday, probably restless due to mild fever. Hope he feels better today.
